ohmygosh. seriously.
the ward's workload has been getting from bad to worse.
wd49 is thus diagnosed with a severe undershortage of staff.
hypo-staffage vs hyper-workload.
S.O.S.
-team 1 is bull with the crappos.
-team2 is bull too with the massive discharge and discharge issues.
-team3 is bull also cuz of the sick sick sick pts.
sometimes i look at the PT/OT/ST, teaching staff, dietician.
how i envy them.
one staff nurse n one enrolled nurse to 14-16 patients over at our side.
and other hosps, one staff nurse n one enrolled nurse to like what? 6-8 patients.

sigh, i need a break. will june come faster please? i have decided to cancel my KIV annual leave, actualise it and make it 2 weeks of AL. that i need, desperately.
on a lighter note, mrlovelove n i celebrated 23 months of bliss yester-yesterday (:
from the mornin gb session, to mrlove being late, to walkin ard, window shoppin for time to pass, to the super filling food at sakae, to applyin the cold cream, to cyclin me instead of wanted me to waste money on a cab.
